We provide multi-stage building progress inspections of residential construction for lenders. These reports provide several advantages to lenders, including an unbiased viewpoint and a clear picture of the actual building progress at specified stages of the process. Our thorough reporting process is the next best thing to lenders themselves being able to visit each construction site during multiple stages of the construction process.
All of our construction inspection reports include pictures illustrating the progress and value of the project at the time of the inspection. Our reports are formatted as Excel spreadsheets with builders’ line item costs and an estimate of percent complete for each item at the time of inspection. We are able to produce and deliver reports onsite via email, if necessary. In addition, we have the capacity to review CAD files onsite. This is a major benefit as we are able to compare the actual architectural drawings and specifications to the project at any time of the construction process. With this capability, we are able to deliver more accurate reports and verify the project is progressing as planned.
Our fee structure for these services is $75 per inspection within 50 miles of Hurricane, Utah, and within 50 miles of Lindon, Utah. For areas beyond 50 miles of Hurricane or Lindon, there is an added travel fee of $0.57 per mile (for miles in excess of the 50-mile radius from Hurricane or Lindon). For optimum value, we recommend an 18- to 22-day inspection cycle. If your project is not within our published service area, we encourage you to contact us for a travel and per diem quote.
